A Bit About Me:

I have over 25 years’ experience as a professional writer and designer working in a variety of settings. From press releases, grant proposals, marketing and magazine articles, to software manuals, logos, campaign videos, instructional materials, and games—I’ve worked on a little of everything.

My technical writing work has won awards from the Society for Technical Communication and has garnered special mention in product reviews. For my environmental work I received the Suzy Cain Leadership award from the Breast Cancer Fund in 2009. For six years I served on the board of Pesticide Action Network North America (PANNA).

I hold a BA in Technical & Professional Writing and an MA in Education, with a concentration in Instructional Technologies, both from San Francisco State University. I hold CTE credentials in the industry sectors of Information and Communication Technologies and Arts, Media, and Entertainment.
